A. Revenue share payments are made on/about the 15th of each month for all payments received from clients you have referred.

Q. How Much Does Your Revenue Share Plan Pay?

A. The Authorized Provider program sends you a 15% revenue share on all payments actually received. Higher percentages may be available for high volume Providers.

Q. How Do You Track An Authorized Provider Order?

A. You will receive a Provider ID number with your Free Set-Up Kit. Simply always place this number on all client handouts, brochures, coupons and order forms to receive proper credit.
